I’ve always been a great fan of the photography work done by some of the great street photographers (Henri Cartier Bresson, Vivian Maier, Diane Arbus and so many more).  Without street photographers, a massive slice of our human history would be missing.  Christina Broom (28 December 1862 – 5 June 1939) was a British (Scottish!!!)

There’s something very special about portrait photography.  You catch a very brief moment of somebody’s life and that moment is there forever.   This photograph was taken in West African during the Ebola crisis.  These children had become orphans because their parents had died because of this dreadful disease.

Over the years, I have taken hundred of photographs of aircraft of one sort or another.   I try to bring the aircraft to life using all sorts of image editing techniques.   I often think that aircraft are like sculptures…works of art to be treasured.
